DELIVERY FAQs

  • How long will it take to get my order?

- Metro Manila: 1–3 working days after dispatch. Same day shipping can be arranged, please contact +63 917 129 9163 or message us on our socials.
- Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 2–5 working days.
- Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 working days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Pre-order items may have longer dispatch times; please refer to the product description for details.

  • What are your shipping costs?

- Metro Manila: ₱150 flat rate.
- Luzon (outside Metro Manila): ₱250.
- Visayas & Mindanao: ₱250.
- Free shipping on orders over ₱3,000 nationwide.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Can I amend my order?

You may amend your order within one hour of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may have already been processed. For assistance, please contact us at info@olivandlittles.com.

  • I purchased something that is now discounted.

Prices at the time of purchase are final. If an item you've purchased goes on sale and is unworn with original tags, you may place a new order at the discounted price and return the original item within our return period. We do not apply discounts retroactively.

  • How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order items have estimated dispatch dates indicated in the product description. These dates are subject to change; we will notify you of any significant delays. Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation. If you change your mind, we can offer a credit note or exchange. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

RETURNS

We take pride in our products, but if you're unsatisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • How to initiate a return:

1. Email returns@olivandlittles.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]".
2. Include your reason for return and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
3. If exchanging, specify the desired item and size.
4. Choose between self-shipping or requesting a pre-paid return label (the cost of which will be deducted from your refund).

  • Return shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • Refund process:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Exclusions:

- We do not offer exchanges for international orders.
- Returns are not accepted after 7 days from receipt.
- Sale items and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Policy updates:

oliv & littles reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
